Creamy Mango Shake
Mango is the king of all fruits.Who doesn't like mangoes ? It's a very tasty and good source of energy major contents being vitamin A,C and D.

Ingredients
2 medium sized peeled Mangoes
4 tsp sugar, Jaggery or Honey
1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
2 glass or 400 ml full cream milk
Saffron /jaffran/kesar
Prep time 5 minutes
Steps:-
- Cut mangoes in small piece then add mango pieces, sugar, half cup cream milk,Cardamom powder and pinch of saffron to the blender jar.
- Make nice smooth paste, then add milk and blend till it gets consistency.
- Now your nice Creamy Mango Shake is ready to serve.
- Pour in glass and garnish with Saffron. If u like, then add chopped nuts like cashew, almond and pistachio.
